The Pushkin Reserve passes to the Academy of Sciences

On 17 January 1934 the act transferring the Pushkin Reserve to the Academy of Sciences was signed, among others, by “M.M. Kalaushin, research fellow of the first rank of the Institute of Russian Literature”; supervision of the reserve’s museum and research work was entrusted to a “troika” — Yu.G. Oksman, D.P. Yakubovich and M.M. Kalaushin.
