Mikhailovskoye after liberation

The act of 27 November 1944, signed among others by M.M. Kalaushin, recorded that the Pushkin Reserve had been “completely destroyed and plundered”. Late that autumn Matvey Matveyevich came to Mikhailovskoye, “paid the wages for all the past months” and took the staff to Leningrad for the winter.
