Daughter of Matvey Alekseyevich and a teacher in Batalpashinsk. The family history records that she corresponded and met with the artist S.S. Goloushev and that many versions of the origin of the surname came from them; in 1932 she was disenfranchised “as having had a saddlery and harness workshop”.
