The Kalaushins’ home stanitsa from 1826–1827: headquarters of the 2nd Khoper Regiment, home of the saddlers’ workshops and of Fedot Alekseyevich’s workshop and shop on Sobornaya Street; here, as the family tells it, Pavel Aleksandrovich’s family escaped from a burning barn during the Revolution; here Fedot Alekseyevich was shot in 1920.
